The products and services available from Digital Media Advocates are online and functional, you will not receive a physical copy of the software.

Refunds

Digital Media Advocates does not provide refunds on any of its products or services due to the nature of its products and services. All services are on a monthly renewable basis and are cancellable at any time, ending at the last day of the currently paid service month. 12 month minimum subscription based plans are non-refundable due to the up-front cost nature of the products and services. 12 month minimum product and service costs are amortized over the 12 month period. Should you cancel prior to the 12th month, the remaining amount due will be charged immediately upon cancellation.

All products and services will be available until the end of the 12th month. After the 12th month, the plan turns into a month-to-month subscription that may be cancelled at any time prior to the next renewal month. All monthly costs associated within the month of cancellation are still due and payable.

Upgrades, Support Renewals, Setup and Service Fees

Fees collected for services are non-refundable once all or a portion of the service has been provided. Fees for software upgrades and technical support renewals are non-refundable.

12 Month Subscription purchases

Cancellations prior to the contracted period are non-refundable and you will continue to be charged until the contract period is complete. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the contracted period, cancel on the subscription page in the customer portal.

Cancellations on the subscription page are immediate, however you are charged the full period before the next renewal date. You may also email subscriptions@mdadvocates.com no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date. If later then 7 days prior to the next payment, payment for the next month will still be processed due to increased processing times for email cancellations. All cancellations take affect after the current period. Access to websites and other services are available through the final period in which you are charged.

Month-to-month subscriptions

Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, all cancellations will take effect at the end of the current monthly period. Cancellations can be done on the subscription page in the customer portal. You may also email subscriptions@mdadvocates.com no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date. Annual subscriptions

After 30 days from the date of purchase, your subscription will continue until the end of that month’s period, and you will be charged an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract obligation. For example, if you have 6 months remaining in your subscription when you cancel, and you pay $99/month, you would pay 50% of the $594.00 remaining balance = $297.00 early termination fee.

Acceptance of this Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms herein.

Access to Products and Services after Cancellation

All products, excluding services, will be available for port out of Digital Media Advocates servers for 90 days. After 90 days all accounts will be purged.

Use of any of the services provided by Digital Media Advocates, Inc. indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
